How to Redeem Whiteout Survival Gift Codes

Whiteout Survival gift codes can be redeemed in-game on Android or through the official web Gift Code Center using your Player ID. The steps below cover Android and iPhone/iPad separately.

Step 1

Where to find your Player ID

Open Whiteout Survival and tap your profile/avatar in the upper-left corner. Your numeric Player ID is displayed on your character profile. You will need this number when redeeming a code through the web.

For security, WOS Forge never asks for your game-account password. Gift code tools only need game character information such as your Player ID when required.

Android

How to redeem a gift code on Android

  1. Open Whiteout Survival.
  2. Tap your profile/avatar in the upper-left corner.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Tap Gift Code.
  5. Enter or paste the active code and redeem it.
  6. Check your in-game Mail for the reward.

iPhone / iPad / Web

How to redeem a gift code on iOS or the web

  1. Copy your Player ID from your in-game profile.
  2. Open the official Whiteout Survival Gift Code Center.
  3. Enter your Player ID and verify your character.
  4. Enter or paste the active gift code.
  5. Complete the verification shown on the page and confirm the redemption.
  6. Return to the game and check your in-game Mail for the reward.

Make sure you copied the Player ID from the correct character. An incorrect ID or character detail can cause the redemption to fail.

Troubleshooting

Why is my gift code not working?

The code may have expired

Some WOS gift codes are only active for a limited time.

You may have already redeemed it

A code generally cannot reward the same character again once it has been claimed.

The code may be entered incorrectly

Copy the code exactly and check for missing characters or extra spaces.

The game service may be busy

Temporary server load can require waiting briefly and trying again.
